Oppo has launched the Oppo F3 in India at an event in Mumbai. The Oppo F3 is more of a lighter and dumber-specced version of the Oppo F3 Plus.
Priced at Rs 19,990, the Oppo F3 will be available starting from May 13th, 2017 in Gold and Rose Gold colors. In line with all the other F-series phone, Oppo F3 is a selfie-centric camera phone and comes with a dual selfie camera setup.
The Oppo F3 comes equipped with a 5.5-inch FHD display along with a protective layering of Gorilla Glass 5 on top. The rear camera is a 13-Megapixel unit while the front camera is a dual camera setup made up of 16 MP and 8 MP sensors.
Powering the Oppo F3 is an octa-core MediaTek MT6750T processor along with 4GB of RAM. On the storage front, the device offers 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB via the microSD card slot.
The Connectivity options on the Oppo F3 include 4G VoLTE, dual SIM, WiFi 802.11, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. Furthermore, the device will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow flavoured with the ColorOS 3.0. Backing the device is a 3,200 mAh battery that supports fast charging.
Oppo has partnered with the blockbuster Bahubali movie in order to promote the Oppo F3.

The Oppo F3 competes with the likes of Gionee A1 and Vivo V5s, both priced slightly lower than the F3. But then, it is the only one of the three to come with a Full HD screen.
